More and more Eric is allowing us to do what we need to in the morning, without having a specific task we would need to stick with.  This lets us manage the morning madness.  We can make sure everyone is working in a timely manner, is on task, and that the course looks it's best before the members and guests take their whacks at it.  Another large chunk of the month was getting out a post and pre-emergent herbicide application on Man O War.
